With our filtered black cumin oil you receive a high-quality oil, which is produced from the seeds of the genuine black cumin (Nigella sativa) after a 3,000 year old Egyptian tradition in careful cold pressing. The imported seeds ripen in the dry and hot climate of Egypt on sandy soils and show a high quality.
The taste of our black cumin oil is pleasantly spicy. There are no preservatives or other additives.
Areas of application: The Nutrilife black cumin oil freshly bottled in our oil mill is well suited for refining salads, soups, stews and sauces. Only add it to hot dishes after cooking time and use it sparingly to avoid over seasoning.
You can also take the black cumin oil pure.
Recommended dosage: Black cumin oil can be taken daily. We recommend one to two teaspoons of pure black cumin oil per day. Alternatively, you can take the oil with meals or as an addition to various dishes.
Shelf life and storage: To ensure sun protection, we deliver our black cumin oil in a dark glass bottle. Keep the bottle in a dry and cool room. To avoid oxidation, the bottle should always be closed tightly after opening and used up quickly. A closed bottle can be kept for about five to six months after opening. Turbidity and sediment do not impair quality.
